1 1/2 cup cooked, shredded chicken
1 can refrigerated pizza dough
6 mozzarella sticks
1/4 cup buffalo sauce
Ranch dressing for dipping (optional)
Preheat oven to 425F
Spray baking sheet with nonstick spray
Mix buffalo sauce with the shredded chicken until well blended
Unroll the dough until it is flat on the baking sheet
Cut in half vertically and then cut twice horizontally to end up with 6 rolls
Spoon buffalo chicken onto the middle of the rolls (about 2 teaspoons)
Place a mozzarella stick on top of the chicken.
Carefully roll up the sticks, making sure there are no gaps in the dough. It is easiest to roll up from the sides first and pinch together.
Put the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 13-15 minutes.
Serve with celery and ranch dressing
If you have problems with the cheese oozing out, then you can use 3/4 stick of mozzarella instead
